<p>This study aims to explore the benefits and challenges of the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (REM) and their implications for medical practice and health services in primary clinics.&nbsp;This research method uses Literature Riview, a data source used with Google Scholer, then selected by the PRISMA method.&nbsp;This study identifies the benefits of REM in accelerating access to patient information, improving coordination between medical personnel, and reducing the risk of errors in recording medical data.&nbsp;The successful use of RME involves the readiness of human resources, infrastructure, organizational work culture, governance, finance and leadership.</p>
